What time should I arrive?
For details for the running order of the day, please look at our schedule page. The ceremony start time is at 3pm and guests can arrive from 2.30pm, please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, you will not be able to join and will have to wait until the drinks reception at Saints of Ingram restaurant. Thank you for understanding!
What should I wear / not wear?
We want all our guests to feel comfortable in whatever they are wearing but would love it if you could dress up for our big day! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colours typically reserved for the bride (white, ivory, cream). If you wish for some inspiration please click the links below.
Can I bring a date/plus one?
Due to limited numbers, unfortunately we are unable to invite plus ones for all guests. You will be advised if you have a plus one. Thank you for understanding!
Registry
We are truly grateful for your love and support, and your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. We don’t expect anything beyond that. However, if you feel inclined to contribute, we are saving for our honeymoon and would greatly appreciate any assistance in making this dream come true.
What happens if you don’t RSVP on time?
If we do not receive your RSVP back by the 19/4/25, we will mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide our total guest count to our venue and unfortunately cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!
Where should I stay?
We would recommend for our guests travelling that any hotels in the City Centre of Glasgow would be easy to commute to all our venues. Check out the Hilton, the Mariott, Dakota, Premier inn or Malmaison as examples. We would recommend booking shortly as our wedding is the same weekend as TRNSMT festival so Glasgow is likely to be busy.
Parking and Traffic Restrictions
There is parking in and around Montrose Street with several pay and displays zones. There is also an NCP car park just up the street from Montrose Street. Please also be aware that there are driving restrictions around certain streets, for example George Square, so please be mindful of this.
Can i take pictures/share pictures on social media?
We would love if you took photos on the day and will share a way to send them to us following the wedding, we do have a professional photographer and kindly ask you do not block her from taking pictures.
